Credit Card Required for Deposit

A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule an appointment. I want to assure you that this information is being stored in a secured scheduling system and will be kept private. We require 48 hours notice to CANCEL an appointment. In the case that 48 hours notice is not given for a cancellation/rescheduling, Hairfectionist reserves the right to and will charge the credit card on file.

. You also have the option of paying your deposit as cash, by Venmo (@hairfectionist) or Zelle.

⭐Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed/cancelled appointments and the cancellation fee. 

Pricing

Pricing on some services vary depending on hair length, density, amount of products used & the time it takes to achieve the desired result. We will give an approximate pricing specially for chemical services such as lightening & coloring services, brazilian blowouts, perms, etc. 

Refunds

We do not offer refunds of any kind, no exceptions.
If you are unhappy with your hair we will do our best to make reasonable adjustments within 5 days of your original appointment.

All chemical services require a FREE consultation to make sure your expectations are met during your appointment.
